District No. 3 – Notice of Special Meeting Regarding the Issuance of Debt, 2024-04-02
Required Notice Pursuant to House Bill 23-1105 – Metropolitan District Homeowners’ Rights Task Force
House Bill 23-1105 created the HOA and Metropolitan District Homeowners’ Rights Task Forces to examine certain matters in communities that are governed by these entities. The Metropolitan District Homeowners’ Rights Task Force will review, among other matters, tax levying authority and practices, foreclosure practices, communications with homeowners and governance policies. A requirement of the new law is that we notify you of the creation and existence of the Metropolitan District Homeowners’ Rights Task Force prior to its first meeting. Board Meeting Information
Below is the regular meeting schedule. The Board of Directors may call special meetings or cancel a regular meeting as may be needed. All notice of meetings will be posted at least 24 hours prior to the meeting in compliance with Colorado Revised Statutes.
Regular meetings are scheduled for the third Wednesday of May, October, and November at 9:00 a.m. at 3 Widefield Blvd, Colorado Springs, Colorado, and/or via teleconference.
The Board determines to hold an annual meeting, pursuant to § 32-1-903(6), on October 16, 2024, at 8:30 a.m. at 3 Widefield Blvd, Colorado Springs, and by telephone, electronic, of other means not requiring physical presence

- District No. 1: The corner of Wayfarer Drive and Mesa Ridge Parkway
- District No. 2: The intersection of Harlow Ridge Place and Autumn Glen Avenue
